About Fresh Start Refugee Assistance Center

A place where everyone can feel at home.

Fresh Start Refugee Assistance Center is a nonprofit organization (501c3 certified) that was established in 2017 to serve refugees in the DMV metropolitan area. Fresh Start partners with local organizations, companies, and individual volunteers to assist in the resettlement of families as they begin their new lives in the United States. Our programs are developed with our values in mind: respect, inclusivity and empowerment.
